Since 2017, Márcia Mesquita has been a Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor (TBLI) in Mind Mapping, trained by the technique's inventor, Tony Buzan. She is licensed to teach the use of the tool, aligned with the true fundamentals of its creator. More than teaching a method, Tony's approach and experience invited conscious awareness of the active thoughts and paradigms rooted in the human mind that shape decisions, behaviours, habits, and any action. 

For more than 12 years, Márcia Mesquita has worked as a mentor, facilitating thinking processes with a focus on expanding the Creative Mind of leaders, professionals, and teams. She integrates human development, visual thinking, and Mind Mapping to broaden perception, bring clarity, and support better decisions and consistent action.

Her work is grounded in a central understanding: in a world of increasing information, stimuli, and demands, the greatest challenge is not knowing more — but seeing more clearly what is already there, connecting what truly matters, and making better choices.

This is where Mind Mapping plays an essential role in her work. By making thinking visible, the method helps reveal relationships, identify patterns, connect ideas and knowledge, broaden perspectives, and stimulate creative thinking.

Márcia Mesquita preserves the principles of Mind Mapping developed by Tony Buzan and applies the method to facilitate cognitive and metacognitive processes in human development, mentoring, and training.

Before dedicating herself fully to human development, she built her career in Communications and Management, working with organisations such as Grupo Ipiranga, Santander, HSBC, and RBS TV/Globo. Today, this corporate experience adds depth to her work with people, bringing creative thinking, context, and practical application together.
