Leïla Blal
Language: French, English, Arabic

Leïla Blal is a Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor, trainer, and graphic facilitator specialising in Mind Mapping and visual thinking. An engineer with a Master’s degree in Marketing, she spent several years in marketing management before turning her passion for visual thinking into her profession.

A TBLI since 2020 and French Vice-Champion in Mind Mapping, Leïla trains and facilitates for a wide range of audiences, including companies, professionals, educators, students, associations, and individuals. Her work helps people structure their thinking, simplify complex information, learn more effectively, and communicate ideas in clear and memorable ways.

Leïla also has extensive experience in the fields of disability and neurodiversity. This has shaped her approach to training and strengthened her interest in making information, learning, and communication more accessible to different ways of thinking.

Her practice combines Mind Mapping with sketch-noting, graphic facilitation, and collective intelligence. Passionate about exploring new ways of using Mind Maps, she has also created original formats such as wool Mind Maps and sound Mind Maps, while remaining faithful to Tony Buzan’s principles.

Through her work, Leïla aims to make visual thinking practical and accessible, helping people and organisations transform ideas into understanding, creativity, and action.
