Leila BLAL is engineer and has a Master’s Degree in marketing.
She spent several years in a company in a marketing management position. She has also had more than 10 years’ experience in the field of disability as a mother of a child with a disability and a professional in behavior analysis (RBT: Registered Behavior Technician® certified by the BACB, Behavior Analyst Certification Council from 2015 to 2021). Leila is passionate about visual thinking and mind mapping. She is now a graphic trainer and facilitator. She works with a general public: companies, students, individuals, associations, disability professionals, etc. She has created new mind maps such as a wool mind map, a sound mind map… in compliance with the rules and the Tony Buzan spirit. Elle a par ailleurs eu une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans le domaine du handicap en tant que maman d’un enfant en situation de handicap et professionnelle en analyse du comportement (RBT : Registered Behavior Technician® certifiée par le BACB, Behavior Analyst Certification Board de 2015 à 2021). Mon Mantra : Curiosité et fun !
Infographiste, photographe, Business Analyst dans une ESN (Entreprises de Service Numérique), et entrepreneuse dans la création de jeux de cartes. J’aime la diversité, et je suis toujours en quête de nouvelles connaissances dans des domaines très variés.
Le Mind Mapping m’a accompagné (et m’accompagne toujours !) tout au long de mon parcours professionnel et dans ma vie quotidienne d’entrepreneuse.
Je suis une personne qui aime la simplicité, et qui ne se prend pas trop au sérieux.
J’ai formé au Mind Mapping des groupes de collaborateurs dans les ESN. Aujourd’hui, j’enseigne uniquement en individuel pour me concentrer sur la bonne intégration du Mind Mapping selon Tony Buzan.
Alors faisons un bout de chemin ensemble !

She is a computer graphics designer, photographer, Business Analyst in an ESN (Digital Service Companies), and entrepreneur in the creation of card games. She loves diversity, and is always looking for new knowledge in various disciplines.
Mind Mapping has guided her (and still does!) throughout her professional career and in her daily life as an entrepreneur. She is a person who likes simplicity, and in not taking herself too seriously, is a delightful joy to be around.
Stéphanie has trained groups of employees in ESNs in Mind Mapping. At this time, she only teaches one-on-one to focus on the successful integration of Mind Mapping according to Tony Buzan’s teachings.
As Tony would have said, curiosity and fun are the best ways to live and to learn everything.

Passionate about competition and the spirit of performance, I sought to understand how to optimize brain’s potentials. This is why I am also certified as a master practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming by Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP, with whom I trained directly.
I discovered Mind Mapping and Tony Buzan’s learning techniques when I was in high school. At first, a little cautious about this new way of thinking, organizing and taking notes which calls into question the entire heritage we have of teaching, linear thinking and learning, I delayed its application.
Then, when I arrived in a new country where I knew neither the culture nor the language, I decided to put all the chances on my side to take on this challenge. Mind Mapping then allowed me to learn the language in less than two months and finish among the best in my class. Noting the magical power of this tool, I decided to pass on this technique to as many people as possible, which should be known by everyone. This is why I went to train as an official trainer with Tony Buzan Group, which allows me to offer you this training, and to soon rejoice with you in your new ability!
