The Foundation course builds on the First Technique course by introducing more information about out brain and cortical skills. This information helps the student understand how our brain works and why this is important for memory skills.

- The reason most people want to learn memory skills will be explored.
- A simple baseline test will give students a statistic that can be used to measure improvement in their ability to remember.
- The first technique in memory, the Link Method, will be taught.

- The 3 keys of memory are introduced.
- The first memory exercise will help the student practice their first memory skill.
