Nathalie is a Business Coach and Tony Buzan Master Instructor in Mind Mapping, Creativity and Project Management. She brings over 20 years as an expert in coaching teams and individuals for high impact results. Her background in diverse disciplines has given her an edge to help her clients program and execute out-of-the-box strategies. The challenges that her clients encounter, regardless of being big corporations, SMBs or high-performance athletes, fall into five distinct areas: team building, effective communication, leadership, visualisation of goals and business performance.

After working almost two decades in Pharmaceutical Companies, Federica decided to convert her career and become a coach and trainer.

Through her experience in coaching and training Federica has seen how the mind is malleable and how each of us is destined for great things. She became a coach and trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and in the New Code of NLP, training directly from its creators and developers: John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll.

When she discovered Tony Buzan’s methodology, she decided to add Mind Mapping, Speed Reading and Memory to her skills, becoming a Master Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor in these three disciplines.
