Leila BLAL is engineer and has a Master’s Degree in marketing.
She spent several years in a company in a marketing management position. She has also had more than 10 years’ experience in the field of disability as a mother of a child with a disability and a professional in behavior analysis (RBT: Registered Behavior Technician® certified by the BACB, Behavior Analyst Certification Council from 2015 to 2021). Leila is passionate about visual thinking and mind mapping. She is now a graphic trainer and facilitator. She works with a general public: companies, students, individuals, associations, disability professionals, etc. She has created new mind maps such as a wool mind map, a sound mind map… in compliance with the rules and the Tony Buzan spirit. Ingénieure de formation, Leila BLAL a passé plusieurs années en entreprise dans un poste de cadre. Elle a par ailleurs eu une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans le domaine du handicap en tant que maman d’un enfant en situation de handicap et professionnelle en analyse du comportement (RBT : Registered Behavior Technician® certifiée par le BACB, Behavior Analyst Certification Board de 2015 à 2021). Leila est passionnée par la pensée visuelle et par le mind mapping. Elle est aujourd’hui formatrice et facilitatrice graphique. Passionate about competition and the spirit of performance, I sought to understand how to optimize brain’s potentials. This is why I am also certified as a master practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming by Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP, with whom I trained directly.
I discovered Mind Mapping and Tony Buzan’s learning techniques when I was in high school. At first, a little cautious about this new way of thinking, organizing and taking notes which calls into question the entire heritage we have of teaching, linear thinking and learning, I delayed its application.
Then, when I arrived in a new country where I knew neither the culture nor the language, I decided to put all the chances on my side to take on this challenge. Mind Mapping then allowed me to learn the language in less than two months and finish among the best in my class. Noting the magical power of this tool, I decided to pass on this technique to as many people as possible, which should be known by everyone. This is why I went to train as an official trainer with Tony Buzan Group, which allows me to offer you this training, and to soon rejoice with you in your new ability!
